Pride Raffle 2011

After the massive success of the Pride Beside the Seaside Raffle in 2009 we have decided to hold another! We're still in the planning stage at the moment, but watch this space for further details.

We hope to be launching it, as before, during Winter Pride week, which this year runs from Saturday the 5th until Sunday the 13th of March.

Expect a range of delicious and beguiling prizes...

Pride Beside the Seaside Raffle

 Launched at Winter Pride, raffle tickets were available from Pride volunteers, Board and Staff members, the Pride office and selected venues. Tickets were priced at just £1 with all the proceeds to Pride.

Pride Beside the Seaside Raffle Terms and Conditions

Please ensure your name and email address or telephone number is clearly marked on each ticket stub purchased.

1. No ticket can be sold by or to anyone under 16 years of age. Any person under the age of 16 who has purchased a ticket and is found to be under 16 automatically forfeits the right to any prize.
2. The cost of each ticket is £1.
3. Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
4. The closing date of the raffle is Sunday 25th October 2009.
5. The draw will be conducted on Monday 26th October 2009 at 12noon.
6. Prize winners will be notified no later than 26th November 2009 by either email or telephone. Please ensure your email address or telephone number is clearly marked on each ticket stub purchased.
7. The winning ticket numbers will be published on the Pride website (www.brightonpride.org) and will be available from Wednesday 28th October 2009.
8. The promoter reserves the right to use the winner's name for promotional purposes. These will be only in summary, for example: Ms Pink from East Sussex.
9. All profits from the Pride Beside the Seaside raffle go to Pride South East Ltd, registered Charity no 1105892.
10. Prizes for the Pride Beside the Seaside raffle are printed below, on the raffle ticket and posted on the Pride website (www.brightonpride.org). there are no alternatives to any prize, and no interest or cash alternative will be payable. Pride South East Ltd reserves the right to change the prizes and rules at any time.
11. No liability is accepted by Pride South East Ltd for the loss or theft of tickets. In the event of lost tickets, you will need to present photo ID (passport or drivers licence) to claim your prize.
12. Any late entries will be classed as donations.
13. Tickets can be purchased from  Pride volunteers, Pride Board and Staff members, the Pride Office and at selected venues.
14. No tickets can be purchased and no prizes won by either Pride South East Ltd Staff or Pride Board members.
15. A maximum of 20,000 tickets will be sold.
